After a brief introduction to your safari, you will embark on an exciting 5-6 hour drive to the Maasai Mara National Reserve, one of the most famous wildlife destinations in the world. The drive will take you through the scenic Great Rift Valley, where you’ll stop for photos of this stunning landscape.

Return to the lodge in the evening and enjoy a sundowner on the viewing deck, watching the sun set over the savannah. The view is simply spectacular, with herds of animals moving across the plains below. Dinner is served and you can end your day with a peaceful night surrounded by the sounds of the African bush.
After breakfast, check-out from Mara Serena Safari Lodge and begin your journey to Lake Nakuru National Park. The drive is about 5-6 hours, taking you through scenic landscapes of the Great Rift Valley. Along the way, stop for photo opportunities of the stunning vistas, including views of Mount Longonot and the valley floor.
